Very unmanaged place and the food is not so good plus there are only limited amount of snacks need to improve Alot and the toilet are dirty

Worst banquet to organize events. So called mangement were very rude! Their behavior literally ruined our event. Awful sevice! Don’t know how this banquet will sustain with such attitude and behavior on this competetive era. Only money oriented with poor hospitality. What they have to learn is ambience is not only the thing that matter, its behavior towards your client. I don’t recommend anyone to go for this place (not even as a option).

Only the place looks good but the food quality and the service they provided was awful. Please avoid this venue for ur special events.

Venue was not ready when we arrived. Double booking. Snacks was not ready and dinner was not ready even after 7.20pm. No communication from management on delays.

The way the management spoke to my parents, very un respectful. Asked if they could provide tent if it rains, they replied if it rains they will get wet (bhichan). No way I am going to book my event here?

Overhyped place. Though the foods are good. Service is below average and small space. I reckon it only can handle 200-300 people at a time. Parking space is very small so that you need to park at roadside.

The best part of Taaj Palace is its ambience and historic architecture. I recommend it as a best marriage venue in Nepal. The services they have provided is reasonable. Moreover, I like the services. I have seen a girl who is more dedicated towards her work. Her name is Sonita Shah. Best wishes to you and ur team Sonita ji. I request Taaj Palace to give her a best staff award <3 <3.
