Very professional yet very homely feeling. We hosted a party for our little boys in Nepal and couldn't attend our guests personally as much as we would like. The hospitable staff made sure that our guests felt very welcomed and enjoyed their time. I like how everything is possible online and my husband could check out the place without being there in person. The official certification of the place reassured us that the food quality is the best for our guests. This was the first time I could enjoy the party as the hosts after the guests have left because the staff made sure that I was well fed. The personalized butler for me and my kids were the Wonderful surprise for me and we felt very cared for. My Mother-in-law even had tears in her eyes for how beautiful the place was arranged for our celebration.thanks once again for your amazing hospitality to celebrate my Boys in Nepal. Did a ceremony for my daughter. It was a fantastic place to do a wedding and all the functions. Best staff I ever had. Always offer something. Best place right in the middle of chabahil City. Plenty of parking.

We had our reception at Smart on 13th May. There are no words to express how good the service they provided was. Everything was great, the staff were great and tge ambiance was great. Very much recmmended for all type of functions.

A Staff misbehaved to a lady guest on Baishakh 28,2080 in a wedding ceremony while taking food. He was rude and ordering for do this or that blah blah blah ….

You need to learn to behave with other rather business.

It's really nice place. Staff are so kind and friendly. They caring us so much. Staff are smart and well trained. I attained many parties in many different banquets but I found this is the best. I am hurry to attain the next events.

Best party palace in Kathmandu. All the staff members were kind and very helpful. They made sure our guests were ok and constantly kept eye on the bride and groom. Food was amazing with various options and lots of live stations. Highly recommend!

The food was alright but the hospitality given by the staff here is the best I believe even 5 star hotel staffs dont give this level of hospitality.

Located near Chabahil. Big Parking space is available. Separated larger dining area with good food and good services. Interior and exterior decoration are good enough to attract people for next time.
