The food was excellent and hygienic especially their mutton was really delicious. The service was really good and their manager is really cheerful and has amazing hospitality.

I went there on my friend reception party and I really love that atmosphere.
The place is so huge and well maintained and the best part is they do swimming and small garden.
The food was super delicious and yeah the parking space is huge too.
Really satisfied with the services and foods and also love the atmosphere over there.

Very poor service, unresponsive. I have called them several times asking for the rates. But seems like they are not interested.

Absolutely WONDERFUL. The place is clean and safe and has a ton of parking space. The food is wonderful and tasty. The staff are very, very friendly and well dressed.

We organized our sons bartabandha party here on 13 Jul 22. We were generally happy with the service, venue and the menu. Staffs were helpful and receptive to our requests. Thank you very much to the management of the Silver Oak Banquet. In my opinion, for more than 500 guests, it would have been good if there were few more round tables with chairs in the hall since the gap between the tables were quite big plus garden tables and chairs outside in the big tent for guests to sit and enjoy. Anyway, once again many thanks.

Exciting place with good service and pleasant environment. Decoration was sure high quality and people working there were friendly. Overall loved it!

Good Ambience.beautiful.nice location.but service was not good.food takes too long to refill many times we requested them to fill but it took time to finish.even Ice cream was sometimes available and sometimes not available.food taste was okay.parking space also not very big but we managed to keep our vachel there.i went there for my friends weeding on April 23.

I find this banquet quite small not for wedding parties with more than 100 people. Yes I was in Gairidhara for two wedding parties. The place was co much crowded. There was barely any place to even stand.

The worst booking experience ever. For booking for banquet halls normally they charge you Rs. 50,000 even for a 2-3 days event.and here they are charging Rs. 1,00,000for a day, if we book for 2 days 2,00,000 what is this? We were ready to give 1,00,000 as a booking amount but the booking manager is so ruthless and inconsiderate that he was saying he needs 2 lakh as a booking amount and will not accept anything less than that. If not he will refund the amount and cancel the booking. He thinks Silver Oak is the only available banquets in the market. Pushpa, the booking manager doesn't even know how to deal with customers.treats customers as nothing. If we book a place be it with 50,000 or 1,00,000 it means we like that place and want to make our memorable day to be there in a better way. But the way the manager treated us as if we are someone who has never attended or managed a party before and who will run away or cancel the booking at the last min is too much to handle. I have searched many many venues and gone to multiple places but this kind of behavior is something I saw for the first time. The booking manager seriously needs to learn how to treat customers if they would like to go long way. Mind treating the customers well if you really want your business the bloom. Also, he talked with my mother so rudely and even imposed refunding an amount? Do you really think we book the venue to get the refund. I just wanted to make my special day special via Silver oak. But the way they mistreated my mother and the way the Puspha booking guy treated us as nothing does show how worst the management of this place could be.

Honestly, Worst Experience Ever!

Spacious parking area, good design - both external and internal. The staff are well trained and are very good at their job.

Primary location of meaningful decoration and worth paying. The menu and taste of foods very impressive, go for it.
I explored this place yesterday, a youth team under the leadership of Mr Utsav Kharel undertakes he management here, trust me, this is indeed a real venue Banquet. Huge parking, super accessible and great service.

Worst party venue ever, photo of place may seem good but the service are total garbage. I went there for 2 function and both of them were total garbage service. Food takes forever to come and top of that they charge rs. 2300 per plate.and service was not even of rs. 500
If you are planning to book this place then please consider other place, also no any function will be conducted in that place from our side

They dont have enough parking. We have to park outside and the traffic police almost seized our vechicle.

Excellent place with great ambiance, enough parking space, excellent venue to take photographs, excellent food prepared by chefs and good professional staffs. Five star party palace with team dedicated to prove thier excellence.

Hosting parties and events has been made easier with the addition of this new party banquet, next to Alice Banquet. The decor with big chandlers reminds the Ranas mini hall. Since the partygoers are mainly locals, the food names are little bit high sounding.
