Sasa Banquet

Good place, great location, good food, i thank you especially for chefs and entire crue members as my college welcome programme of Everest College Thamel and was grand and great. Specially food was amazing, and on top they put ice cream as complement on limited budget, Hats off to the entire team and want to give 5 stars

These guys are the biggest disingenuous crooks I have seen in this industry, can't say for everyone who work there, but definitely the lady who handle the bookings and payment there. I have hosted numerous events with different venues but have never had to deal with dishonest people like these guys. I don't have any complaints about food and service. The facilities were lacking a bit, mainly with the aircon and cleanliness regarding mosquitoes (a concern due to the current rise of dengue fever). But the biggest (and frankly silly) issue was they changed the price rate that was previously agreed upon and for which they had already taken deposit for. At the time of final payment they simply issued a brand new invoice with a new higher charge and then demanded me to pay the due amount there and then. The other silly part is they demanded me to settle the bill right at the time of the event which was a bit strange as the other venues I have dealt with before had always provided flexibility of few days, if not a week or two. They had never issued me a proper invoice before to begin with, and I simply didn't care about it as I had never expected trust would be an issue.big mistake. After arguing for a while which wasn't going anywhere, I then simply asked them to produce the original bill that showed the deposit taken and the due amount, the lady simply couldn't and realised she couldn't get her way, so started blaming her memory. I know for sure memory wasn't an issue here, she was just trying to squeeze out as much extra money she could. I would strongly advise not to use these guys as there are lots of other party/event venues run by genuine people who are principled and can be trusted. A lot of businesses in Nepal run on trust, but there also plenty that try to take advantage of this same trust. Be aware!

I was there for the AGM of the finance company which was organized there. The food is good and parking for motorbike if people go with car they have to think.

Spacious parking and good sitting arrangements.foods were okay but service was quite good.

Relatively, quite good banquet hall in town. It seems quite narrow space for parking, there is enough pace on the road, however. The service is not bad if they improve food quality.

Nice place for small party events at easy to find location with limited parking n food quality is good for all ages.

Overall the sasa banquet have good service as well as staff. Big hall and a well organised place.

Food, environment and hospitality is good.but there may be parking problem for large number of guests.

Ambience is good. Plenty of parking space and more importantly snacks n food is good. Location is good at least for me since I live in Dhapasi.

A modern banquet (party palace) located at Naya Bazaar, Kathmandu with ample parking facility and moderate coverage of area. Indoor does not have much space but is suitable for normal partying and other occasion.

Nice ambience and huge place by area. Mostly this banquet holds weddings and likewise ceremonies. I have been once and liked it pretty well. Overall i categorize it as one of the luxurious banquet in te town.

Always a fan of the food at Sasa, and wasn't dissapointed!

The ample parking space makes the place more comfortable. Good for the medium sized events up to 500 pax. The interior is good and no negative comments on the food and the place.

Food is good. Dining area is too hot during summer; need AC in the room. We get sweaty in the room.

Spacious place for hosting different types of events along with ample parking space. The good thing about this place is division of places where dinner is served at one place and rest of the gathering can be done in another. Food is delicious here. Located centrally this place is worth hosting events.

A great service, friendly staffs and ample space for parking it surely is one of the good venues to organize parties and events.:)
