Never Receives Call, They also need to learn how to talk with Clients.

I had been calling the bank around 15.15 hrs for several times. Each time the machine answers and following it's advise I had dialled 0 for operator assistance and waited for someone to pick up. But no response even after making several attempts. While visiting the bank, i informed the customer service desk only to get the response saying that they have been making calls from their end and do not seem have any problem.
I hope this renowned bank takes this feedback for strengthening their services.
