The hotel's stunning Himalayan backdrop and serene ambiance immediately created a sense of tranquility. Have visited this Hotel since it first started. Simply love it then. In-between everything about the hotel had deteriorated BUT now that has changed for the better. It's well maintained and the overall service is good. Worth staying and good for holding banquets, meetings etc.too. Excellent location with parking space and good ambience!

Great and neat place. The only concern i (and many of the program attendees) felt is poor planning in garden I.e. No tent in hot day and the soft drink served was lukewarm.when we all were looking for chilled one.

Stayed there on arrival to Kathmandu for a couple of nights and then again for the night before we left. Everything was spot on, helpful staff and spotless rooms. Food buffet had everything you could want, overall excellent stay

I was there for a Valentine's Day event and it was fantastic. The 5 course meal dinner was absolutely delicious. I loved the soup for some reason, it was creamy and just soothing. Overall food experience was great.

The hotel itself is beautiful with a beautiful garden where you can walk along the pool area and chill in the nearby temple area. The interior is nice as well. Will definitely recommend to visit this place either for a stay or just enjoy a good meal with family.

I don't know why they have degraded their services to this extent. Only rice, dal, spinach potatoes and fish curry was available for dinner and the fish curry was way too salty so I couldn't eat that. There was no option available for my vegetarian friend. Breakfast was as terrible as dinner with very limited items (approx 5 items). Paid a hefty amount for a 4 star hotel but the service provided was similar to some local hotels. Don't think I'll visit here again. Utterly disappointed.

The staff at the reception need to learn how to deal with the customers. There is specifically a man who seems and sounds rude. Otherwise everything is fine.

Was there for a workshop. Aminity is good. HiTea was a disaster. 550+ for a sandwich is too much.

Overrated hotel. Old fashioned. Staffs aren't too friendly and they'll look with weird expressions if see a couple. They backbite and check your ID and talk rubbish. Your details aren't safe here. If you are someone they know, they can leak the information about you staying in the hotel to your relatives. Experienced. Worse staff working ethics. Thumbs down

Nice big hotel in Kathmandu. Rooms are good and have a nice shower with bath. The staff is very nice and we had a nice dinner here.

Good party palace and hotel bit on the expensive side but the service they provide is good, so any one confused abiut this hotel can hop right in to the manager cabinet and break out a deal. Highly Recommend.

This is one of the good hotel in Lalitpur, friendly staff, good food. Good place to organize family functions and meetings. Big and spacious hall, Spacious parking, beautiful garden, good rooms.
