ASHOK PARTY PALACE reviews
10A place with preserved memories and heritage with the ambience of a well managed all purpose program venue.
It used to be cinema theatre in the past, later it has been transformed to banquet and conventional hall. Suitable place for all kind of programme, event reception. Parking is not well managed.
One of the oldest and most famous cinema hall of the past, Ashok hall now has been transformed into a party hall.
The government could have turned the old movie theatre into a museum regarding Nepali movie industry instead.
It was cinema hall now it's converted to party palace. Spacious bit party is but problem for four wheelers.food is normal as usual party party palace there is no wow factor.
Previously built as ashok cinema hall, now is a spacious place for parties located within heart of lalitpur. The place is famous, easily accessible, spacious and is good place for big parties. The ambience of this place is wonderful. It has indoor and outdoor sittings. The partition for dining, snacking and dancing is well maintained. It has a seperate stage for special people during special occasions.
Food. The food served here were of different variety. Delicious as well although being made in huge quantity. The services provided were good too. Recommended place for any celebrations.
The food & the services were good about two years ago. Now food & services are incredible.
Used to be a Cinema hall. Many childhood memories. Now you can book it for events like parties, conferences
This place has a good space with a decorative environment and is suitable for events and programs with availability of good parking in a reasonable price.
Good old memories. Used to Ashok Cinema Hall now converted to party venue. Food is not so great but popular amongst local residents.
A place in Patan nearby Patan Dhoka / Dhokaima Cafe, which is said to be an old Movie Theater (Ashok Hall) during our grandparents days (1940s). Currently, it has turned into a venue for events like officials programs, functions and parties. Poleko choila/haku choila (grilled buffalo meat) is the best food here. Don't forget to try it, if you visit this place for party.
